About SCF

Saudi Cyprus Foundry Ltd. (SCF) is a sand castings Foundry, with two manufacturing units in Jeddah-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, established in 2007, with a total area of more than 45,000 square meters.

Unit no.1 Iron Foundry:

Based in Industrial Area 1, Phase 3 is manufacturing municipal and engineering castings for various applications for airports, ports, municipalities, highway authorities, electrical companies, construction companies, telecommunication companies and basically most projects that castings are to be used. We also manufacture castings for pumps and wear resistant applications for use in cement plants, quarries and crushers.

SCF is an ISO 9001, SASO & Kitemark (BSI) certified company, with a production of 9,000 Tons of castings per year. We have the flexibility to manufacture castings of several kilos up to 2500 kgs. SCF Iron foundry manufactures grey cast iron, ductile cast iron, low alloy steel, manganese steel and high alloy cast iron.

SCF is an approved supplier to all governmental agencies, municipalities and leading companies in the country, for example; Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Electricity company, National Water Company (sewer and water projects), Civil Defense, and Defense and Aviation. Apart from the Saudi leading companies, more than 500 smaller private organization are also dealing with SCF. The foundry follows ASTM, BS EN and SASO standards material specifications.

Unit no.2 Steel Foundry:

Based in Industrial Area 3, is manufacturing steel castings of gate valves, check valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and pressure seal valves for power, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, desalination, marine and engineering industries from a few kilos up to 2000 kgs, single piece. SCF is an approved supplier to most of KSA public sector, including Defense and Aviation and also leading companies in the country like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, etc.

SCF can produce material in carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and exotic alloys according to ASTM, BS, EN, DIN etc.

SCF is accredited by TUV-NORD for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & BS OHAS 8001:2007.
